In terms of overall performance, both smartphones are equipped with good CPUs and GPUs but the Helio X20 and Mali T880 that are in the Lenovo K8 Note has the upper hand. On a more general benchmark, the Helio X20 is a deca-core processor while the Snapdragon 625 is an octa-core one. Even though the Snapdragon 625 is known for its power efficiency, Helio X20 is still above the Snapdragon 625 in terms of performance.
As for their camera quality, we cannot test them yet since they are not yet available in the country but rest assured that we’ll update the readers when we get our hands on the units. Both units have dual rear cameras but there is no LED flash for M6 Note’s front camera. However, the M6 Note has a Quad LED flash located alongside its rear cameras.
For their battery performance, both smartphones have a 4,000mAh battery, however, knowing that the Snapdragon 625 is known for its power efficiency, we could assume that the Meizu M6 Note will provide a slightly longer battery life compared to the Lenovo K8 Note.
As for their prices, the Lenovo K8 Note is priced at Rs12,999 (~Php10,300) (3GB/32GB) and Rs13,999 (~Php11,000) (4GB/64GB) and has been available exclusively on Amazon India since August 18, 2017. The Meizu M6 Note is priced at CNY1,299 (~Php9,986.37) (3GB/32GB) and CNY 1,699 (~Php13,061.46) (4GB/64GB) and has been available in China’s online stores since September 1, 2017.
