For less than PHP 20K, there are already a lot to choose from among different brands. And of course, some will surely stand out from the rest.
Those are the Xiaomi Pad 6 and the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5. Both devices boast Snapdragon silicon, with the former using a flagship-level processor, the Snapdragon 870. And the latter runs on a mid-ranger Snapdragon 7 Gen1.
The more affordable HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 starts at PHP 13,999 (Wi-Fi, 8GB+128GB). While the Xiaomi Pad 6 is currently on sale for as low as PHP 17,999 (Wi-Fi only, 8GB+128GB).
In fact, we did a comprehensive comparison 11 of the two in September. We concluded that both devices are great choices for media consumption, gaming, and productivity.
Personally, I would prefer the Xiaomi Pad 6 mainly due to its flagship-level chipset. On top of that, it has a crisper screen with Wide Quad HD+ resolution (2880×1800) display, as compared to the 2K (2200×1440) panel on the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5.
