No official list yet from Xiaomi themselves. However, presuming Xiaomi upholds its software update policy of providing at least two years of OS updates for base variants and three years for Pro variants, the Redmi Note 12 Series released in the Philippines in June 2023 is likely to receive an HyperOS update sometime in 2024.
In fact, according to miuirom.org 10, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G specifically has already received the Android 13-based HyperOS update globally.
To check if the HyperOS OTA update is available for your phone, go to Settings > About phone > MIUI version.
Alternatively, you can check for downloadable firmware 10 for stable HyperOS 1 directly on the miuirom.org website. However, this option is recommended only for users with technical knowledge of installing firmware updates via fastboot ROM, recovery ROM, or as an OTA update.
I recommend checking the Settings first to see if the update is readily available.
