The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime was released last year packing a decent low-mid range specs. It has a 5.5-inch TFT LCD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, a Samsung Exynos 7870 chipset, 32GB internal storage, 3GB RAM, a 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash, an 8MP wide-angle front camera, and 3300mAh battery to power up the device.

The LG Q6, on the other hand, was released last month and provides a good display feature for its price range with its 5.5-inch 18:9 aspect ratio FullVision display with 2160 x 1080 resolution, a Snapdragon 435 chipset, 32GB internal storage, 3GB RAM, 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash, 5MP wide-angle front camera, and a 3000mAh battery to power up the smartphone.

This gives us an idea on which smartphone performs better on paper. As for their battery life, the Galaxy J7 lasted for 9 hours and 38 mins while the LG Q6 lasted for 9 hours and 30 mins. The Samsung Galaxy J7’s Exynos 7870 performs slightly better than the LG Q6’s Snapdragon 435, however, their GPUs are almost tied with their performance. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has the advantage here.

If users want a better screen display experience, the LG Q6 will be your champion in this match. Aside from its aspect ratio being 18:9, it also has a FullVision display with a 2180 x 1080 resolution compared to the 1920 x 1080 resolution of the J7 Prime. This brings out a better viewing experience when watching movies or playing games.
