There are quite a few brands that officially sell rugged smartphones in the country.
There’s DOOGEE that made its return to the Philippine market just this year. While others are… perhaps, existing quietly through online shopping platforms.
Fun fact: Samsung previously tried to offer rugged phones and tablets with its Galaxy XCover line. But apparently, they discontinued it since there’s no new iteration this year.
The last device in the lineup was the Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro 19 which was introduced in June 2022.
