Ra 10175However, there was a TRO against RA 10175 issued by the Supreme Court last October 9, 2012. After the 120 days of the TRO, it was again extended on February 2013 28.
By February 2014, the Supreme Court ruled that the provision on Internet Libel was legal or constitutional 35.
By this time, RA 10175 is now enforceable since the TRO has been lifted after been given final judgment.
